Would it be possible to have pop up windows that show current open work orders for an account when taking a call? Ex. our company services our own restaurants. When a restaurant calls in for a fryer broken we would like to be able to let the store know that they already have an open call on that item before creating a new work order. Our current system requires our dispatchers to have another tab open and set to Open Work Orders and then filter by account every time a different store calls in.

Along that same line, it would be nice for dispatch to have the ability to troubleshoot over the phone based off of incident type. Going with the fryer example, a call for fryer not heating would pop up a window or punch list for dispatchers to run the caller through before dispatching a technician.
