Steps:

  1. Login to CDAX Canary using admin creds (TTT0007@hp.onmicrosoft.com) and select Omnichannel for Customer Service option
  2. Now go to omnichannel ongoing conversation dashboard
  3. now check the conversation list, by default all conversations are un-tick/not selected and assign/transfer buttons are in disable state and even in pagination object "(0 selected)" is there
  4. Now select some active/open conversation, assign/transfer buttons will get enable and it will show "1 selected" in pagination object
  5. Now click on refresh all button
  6. Now check the conversation list and previously selected conversation, it's showing all conversation as un-tick/not selected but still assign/transfer buttons are in enable state and even in pagination object, it's showing as "1 selected"
  7. and if user will click on transfer button then previously selected conversation will get transfer to the selected user

Issue:

On omnichannel ongoing conversation dashboard, if we select some conversation and then click on refresh all button then that previously selected conversation's checkbox/tick is not visible but pagination object - selected conversation count is not reset and also assign/transfer buttons are in enable state

Expected:

On omnichannel ongoing conversation dashboard, if user selects some conversation and click on refresh all button then either

  1. it should un-tick previous selected conversation and also, should reset selected conversation count and assign/transfer buttons should be in disable state.
  2. OR else, it should display tick/selected icon to the previously selected conversation and selected count should be there in pagination object and even assign/transfer buttons should be in enable state.
