There are not enough information displayed on the "work items assigned to me" page under the "work item instructions" column in purchase requisition workflow notification. It would be great if there is name/description displayed alongside with unique ID. For example, for cost center/legal entity, it only show the codes. It makes more clarity to the approver if they see Name/Description of the shown codes in the workflow notification.

This will give more clarity to the approver that what they are approving, for which legal entity, for which cost center and from which supplier they are purchasing, if approve can see names along with the codes.
