Current MS electronic reporting Configuration for exporting German Audit File (GDPdU) contains two files: 1) Sachkonten and 2) Sachkontobuchungen.

The "Sachkonten.txt" file, in the SACHKONTONUMMER column, contains exactly one number.

Example:   

"60000000 (Main Account)";"Sonstige Gebühren and "Provisionen";"Ausgaben";"Nein";"";"Optional";"Ausgaben"

While "Sachkontobuchungen.txt" file though, in the same SACHKONTONUMMER column, doesn't just contain the number of Main Account in numerical format, but Financial Dimensions information as well.

Example: 

"60000000|XXXX|ZZZZZ||Y|0|qqqq (Main Account + Financial Dimensions)";"Period 12";"Number";[…]

Our Auditors made request to be provided with unified data format both in Sachkonten.txt and Sachkontobuchungen.txt; to be able easily maintain large volume of exported data, without any previous file handling from our side. We would like to suggest Microsoft product team to add an additional column to Sachkontobuchungen.txt that will have also the "Main Account" data column, in following version releases. Please support this idea.
