Means that he can see information from all employee except informations from their neighborough Exemple: A HR employee is in charge to generate all periodic perdomance reviews based on a template by using the form Review HCMDiscussion). Means that he will see the evaluation of all employees. Bu tin fact he can see all this but not the review from their colleagues in the same department. In D365 Finance we have the possibility to use record level security. This is not possible in D365 Human Resource and this is really a Gap.
