I’d like to propose a new feature that would enhance the user experience of our chat interface: the ability to customize interface colors based on individual customer preferences.

This functionality would allow the supervisor to configure the color scheme of the chat UI, such as background, text, and accent colors to better align with their personal tastes or accessibility needs.
