Role Center job queue cues (such as My Job Queue and Job Queue Tasks) are user‑specific by design. They only display job queue entries associated with the current user’s User ID, even for administrators.
As a result:
- Administrators cannot see all job queue entries across users directly from their Role Center.
- Monitoring tenant‑wide background processing requires navigating manually to the Job Queue Entries list.
- There is no quick, high‑level dashboard or cue to proactively detect failures, backlogs, or stuck jobs initiated by other users or integrations.
This behavior is documented and expected today, but it creates operational gaps for administrators.
