After finishing the packing process (Pack form), Customer needs to pack those boxes into a higher unit, for example a palllet for the shipment. Example: 12 boxes are packed and then this goes to a Pallet before the delivery.

Currently, there is a functionality to use Nested LP, but this a quite automated process and Customer would like to do it  more manually and decide the quantities at the moment.

The ideal would be to able to use Pack form several times within the same flow.

Thank you for your feedback. This is a great suggestion! We have this in our road map.

The concrete ask seems to be already covered by the enhancement made of containers group in D365FO 7.1, but the comments and probably the votes relates to a generic ask concerning the container closing process with better manifesting or label printing according to specific carrier requirement.

We will probably update the title to reflect this.

all it really needs is a button on packing terminal to create new work. and a work type for this kind of work.

so you can create work to move container from one location to another location with packing profile.

Please do take in account that adding to a container (nested container) does not ned to take place during the container closing, giving more freedom. You can pack containers and after go to a list of packed containers and on the grid add them to a parent LP as you wish. However you cannot add partly quantities packed in a container (box) only full closed box. But it gives more freedom. added containers to a parent will be released as soon as one line with a container as memeber of the parent is released, all will be released on that container parent.

I have two customers that need to manually pack boxes and then put them to a pallet and print a manifest for the pallet before shipping.

The containerization process does not work in this case because, at the time of picking, they don't know the number of cartons they will need.  Nevertheless, the Pack process allows creating the required number of containers but just one level (boxes, not boxes+pallet).
