The feature should be created in Visual Studio 2019 on the D365 FO DEV virtual machine.

I would like to suggest having a feature to drag the menu item under the menu folder to change its order. It is quite inconvenient to right-click and select "Move Up" or "Move Down" many times when I have many menu items in a single menu folder.
