When a purchaser code or a responsibility center is selected in the header of a purchase/sales document then the dimensions are all cleared unless they are inherited from another master data used in the document header such as the vendor or the location code.

This clearing is an issue if dimensions are populated manually (which is in most cases) and are not coming from any master data.

As a turnaround we advise users to sleect the purchaser code and responsbility center before the dimensions but this is not user-friendly. And what about if you make a mistake? I see no reason why the selection of a master data should clear dimensions in the header, especially if no dimensions are setup/used on this master data.

As an additional requirement, it would be nice to have the possibiltiy to display shortcut dimensions in the header of documents.
