Enhancement Request: Ability to Mark/Select/Delete Records in Automated Testing via UI

Currently, we are unable to perform the following actions via the user interface when it comes to automated testing:


  • Selecting records
  • Deleting records


There are no actions on the testpage that allow you to simulate selecting/marking/deleting records


Could this limitation please be addressed

This idea is most welcome.

Since automated testing has become a somewhat of mandatory, this feature should be in the product.

Not able to fire the delete trigger on a page during UI testing is annoying in many ways.


i have found backlog items referring to this item, dating back from 2018.
