Repro procedures:

• When setting up the monitored field worksheet, we configured it to track changes to fields like Item No., Code, or Qty. Unit of Measure. However, we only receive only contain the changed field and do not include the Primary Key (PK) like Item No. for better context
• we are considering creating own PTE. However, upon reviewing the code, we noticed that certain configurations appear to be hardcoded.
• So we don't know how to include the Primary Key in the email notifications.

Suggestions:

• Please allow us to modify the email template of monitored notification at business central, including the No. or other Primary Key.
