Pending status emails look like already completed activity in the pipeline and users need to click into email activity to see that it's not a sent email but email waiting to be sent. 

This is a problem for example when using Adaptive sequences which start with 2 automated emails. After sending the 1st one and waiting for the 2nd to be sent, both look like a closed activity in timeline even though the second one is still waiting to be sent.
