Improve Serial number managing – now I cannot use reservation even serial below, that gives me: Empty on inbound, updated later, reserve and register on outbound.

Most times there are cases:

• Empty on inbound, inject from file as pool for:
  
  
  1. whole Item (no matter what batch)
  
  
  2. batch or batches – precisely mentioned for which one
  
  
  3. direct to a PCS
  
  


• Registered on reception direct to PCS

We should have an options to manage what kind case it is. Evan we have it on boxes it is loss of time, to scan each one on reception for e.g. 1000 phones. System make a reservation direct to Batch and serial, and it very difficult to find and scan proper number in BigBag with even 100 PCS. Picker should pick quantity to prepare on SO, and then scan Serials for all picked quantity verifying only (depend on settings) if it is from pool for Whole or Batch. In third option is directed to PCS, and he must take precisely SN number.

This scheme is good for WMS and non-WMS warehouses.
