Add functionality, maybe through workflow, that allows Administrators to select a Form to load based on any criteria on the entity record, the current User's Security role, business unit, and/or team membership.

This should allow the flow to run on the preload of the page so the correct form can be selected prior to display to the User. It should also allow the preload selection of the business process flow. In other words - the system should allow the Administrator the ability to configure the entire User experience without JS.
