Currently, when adding an attachment in Business Central, for example to a supplier, the only available field for identifying the attachment is its file name. However, the file name alone is often insufficient for effectively searching or categorizing attachments.
We propose the addition of a new field where users can manually enter a description for each attachment. This would provide more context and make it easier to identify and retrieve specific documents when needed.
