Issue: The double opt in confirmation email content within the content snippet {{FormDoiSubmission.SubscriptionListNames}} shows differently on different email clients. The text formats correct on outlook client but incorrect on gmail, outlook.live.com and outlook.office.com. It also shows as a numbered list and cannot be changed which is a bit unsightly.

Idea: ensure the content snippet {{FormDoiSubmission.SubscriptionListNames} adopt the formatting applied to it in the email and provide ability to choose between bullets/numbers or single line of comma separated items
