Personnel actions undertaken by HR - Hire, Transfer, Terminate are displayed with their Status under Employee changes on the Personnel Management workspace. It would be ideal if the system provided HR with an alert when the status of the personnel action changes, for example, if HR action an employee transfer but an error is recorded, the action is not successfully completed so the system should alert HR that the action was not successfully completed and HR need to review the message log. Perhaps have an alert banner at the top of the form? Similar to the alerts when HR successfully enrol an employee on a benefit plan or complete the incorrect value in a data field. Currently, when HR process personnel actions any error status' are not highlighted and HR are only aware if they specifically check this field on the form.
