User should be able to define the Type to be displayed in the lines when creating new document

In the current design of Dynamics 365 Business Central, when a new document like Sales/Purchase Order/Invoice is created, the system by default automatically display Type = Item in the document lines. This is embedded in the code.

The User should have the ability to decide what Type is to be displayed in the line of the document by default through a setup when creating a new document.

I think each user could have different needs here under the same Company and Database...

Per User setup maybe?
