I am not sure if this has been raised previously. However, a client of mine is requesting real-time customer journey templates as some of their customer journey can get a bit complex, have a template will save time instead of having to create one each time.

Absolutely needed for streamlining the process: some CRM users needs to go directly into deploying their marketing campaigns quickly and so, CRM specialist like me, they have to create "packages" of journeys that can suit their needs and be deployed fast and efficiently.

This feature would reduce business risk, currently without the feature you can not lock down your standard journeys and they can easily be corrupted by any system user with write access to the journeys table. This is not acceptable for many customers and needs to be resolved.
