We want to have the option to enable LTR on Azure SQL for production. Customers are regularly asking for retention of database backups for longer periods. Currently the only way to do this is to copy to ACCP and then export as a bacpac. This is a manual process, however there is an automated way for Azure SQL to do this, LTR.

Once this is enabled, backups are kept for a setup period.
