We would like to have the ability to add the "Mark Complete" button to a Quick Create form for different activities. This would help simplify the user experience as an Activity could be completed from the same form as created.

No movement on this it is 2022 and my users are asking for the same thing!

I agree, my users do not like that they have to manually Mark Complete. I personally would agree with the devs and don't think its a big deal, but the users do. I had to create a checkbox and workflow to satisfy the demand.

When I receive a phone call (was never scheduled) or just simply doing a task that I remembered to do, I would like to create the task/phone call and mark it complete - immediately.


The current process is to save it, then open the open activity record, then to mark complete. This is just challenging and makes it even further challenging on a mobile device. This has been here for long time and never fixed.

Add a button for Save and Complete and not just the Save and New that is there now.
