Can you please make available the functionality to allocation miscellaneous charges by weight and volume to all countries? My understanding is that this is restricted by country but we find this requirement as a common request from most customers.

having weights and dimensions per variant is a much needed piece of functionality for warehousing too as you cannot plan loads by product masters as you do not know the item characteristics

This is a common need in the US for distribution and manufacturing companies as well. If you only allocate charges by dollars or quantities, the costs assigned to items don't reflect the physical characteristics which determine charges levied by freight carriers (typically weight or volume).
