We have recently encountered an issue where our customers accidentally print a large number of documents via DRA, leading to significant inconvenience. The current workaround suggested by Microsoft Support involves unregistering the printers each time this occurs. While this method is effective, it is not optimal as it considerably impacts administrative efficiency.


We are seeking a more efficient solution directly from the ERP system. Specifically, we are interested in an easier way to cancel print jobs that have been routed through DRA without the need to repeatedly unregister printers.
