It would be really useful to have telemetry for tenant storage capacity (and shown in standard PBI telemetry for VAR/customers).

It can be emitted once per day (we already have periodic telemetry - deadlocks, etc., so it's not a new approach. With the daily telemetry, partners can see change-over-time in PBI and built notifications when the storage capacity reaches a specific threshold.

Useful information

• Used storage capacity by tenant + environment (two different events)
• Total capacity (to see changes over time to total capacity - for example, due to change to the number of licensed users)
• Used capacity

It's not important to see capacity per object as it can be easily found in BC when it's needed (the same link available in the admin centre could be added to the PBI report to make it easier for users to open the environment details).
