We have found that when an agent wants to request for a consultation, even in the case the agent filters by queue, agents appear always within the same order.

That makes that the first agent that appears in the searched queue will be overloaded because all consultations will be assigned to him, since agents pick up first available option.

An alternative could be sorting available consultation agents sorted according to highest availability, considering current conversations and current consultations.
