Event form: session date time format

In designing an event registration form, date time formatting is available at the event level. However it should be also available at the session level. Therefore, when adding the sessione element to the form, users should be able to change the format.

Especially relevant for anyone not wanting dates to appear in the default US format... Much needed for our customers too.
