The entity "Retail Charge Tax Transactions" currently requires both the "Store ID" and "Terminal ID" fields for exporting/importing data through Finance and Operations when integrated with the Ecommerce solution.
We request attention to this entity, as other entities have been adjusted to be compatible with both the Ecommerce solution and physical retail stores by making the aforementioned fields optional. Our business users have highlighted the significance of this entity in their Ecommerce operations.
Modifying this entity will facilitate the import of orders from Ecommerce, including miscellaneous charges such as transportation, in compliance with Ecommerce requirements.
We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter as it is presently impeding business users from operating efficiently within the system. The current workaround involves creating custom entities with the same purpose as the standard "Retail Charge Tax Transactions" entity, which is not efficient given the importance of the standard entity in business operations.
Implementing this modification will negate the need for system customizations.
