Improve the Master Data Management feature added in Dynamics 365 Business Central 2023 Wave 1 to be not only multicompany but Multi Tenant

There are apps that do that but i believe this is a key feature for companies like us where we have a CORE solution with same dimensions (group dimensions) and others we want to keep managed centrally and by specific users..
