Integrate "Title" from Talent to F&O

Trying to customized the template in CDS, which is handling integration from CoreHR to F&O. Data entity: cdm_jobs --> Ops.Jobs adding column Title in CDS, the add TitleId for F&O. Integration was failed due to Title is integer data type, and TitleId is string data type. We hope to able to integrate Title field from Talent to F&O.
