Currently, the new mobile experience does not take into account the device or personal settings. Instead, the system always shows the 12-hour format in Field Service Mobile when using the New Mobile Experience.

As a considerable part of the world uses the 24-hour format, it would be very advantageous to also have this option in the New Mobile Experience.
