[Enhancement request]
- Enhancement for Lync integration in forms of Dynamics CRM 2013 or Dynamics CRM Online Fall ‘13
[Problem]
- Lacking Lync integration in forms of Dynamics CRM 2013
- Previously Dynamics CRM 2011 has that functionality but it has gone in past times.
[Cause]
- There is no Lync integration in forms.
[Severity]
- This problem would cause serious lowering of the customer experience for those who work Lync and Dynamics CRM 2013.
[Background]
- Dynamics CRM 2013 still has Lync integration in views. This request is for “forms”.

In the next few releases you will begin to see a much tighter integration between Lync, Skype, and CRM to truly make the communication expereince amazing. We will ensure that all areas of CRM will light up Lync including the forms with our upcoming releases.

I am not sure where Skype for Business integration is missing. if there is a phone number we can launch Skype or SfB click to call. Please let us know.
