PLEASE replace this with something similar if you really have to make this into an error. Better still don't make it an error?
The reason being that we often restrict option fields (now Enums) to display only certain values in certain pages to prevent users using the wrong option / creating bad data.
Please keep this feature, we find it really valuable.

Why not use the AllowedValues property? Much cleaner than controlling logic through captions.
