A frequent request from our customer is that they need to calculate sales discount percentage from standard sales price and actual sales price. The standard scale of sales discount percentage is only 6 which is not enough as the sales amount calculated from standard sales price would possiblely be incorrent which would be diffenent from those calculated from actual sales price.
For example, we have a SO line with quantity = 276 pcs, standard sales price = 11,144, actual sales price = 5,730,
the sales discount percentage should be 48.58219779777746, but in FO we only have 48.582197.
Then the sales amount calculated from standard sales price is quantity * standard sales price * ( 1 00 - sales discount percentage ) / 100 = 1,581,479.99 , but atucally it should be quantity * actual sales price = 1,581,480.
We can NOT extend scale by customization, hope Microsoft could extend the scale of sales discount percentage.

Thank you very much for your input. We do not have any plans to extend this capability, we will however continue to monitor how much in demand such a capability is.
