A similar request from one of my customer, Calibri 11 as a default.

Same here, customer is asking for Callibri 11 by default in the email composer. Any option to configure these in personalization would definitely help, this will allow user to configure their default settings.

Similarly, our client just wanted everything to be Arial.
That got further complicated by the fact that Arial isn't presently a font option for KB Articles, which they will be inserting into their emails.
Currently it seems also that our default font size is 9px, rather than the 12px stated on the docs at:

So it would be nice to have some way to see and fix that default!
