When you use Warehouse mobile with D365 with mobile device menu item "Reported as finished", and "Generate licence plate" is ticked.
we could do reported as finished and licence plate is generated automatically
this is better to have same thing, when licence plate is empty, in those functionality when
-item is a WHS item enabled
-Profile ID location for stock input is license plate tracking
