We have recently used the buy/sell leave new feature and have encountered some issues where the worker has submitted a request in the policy, and the leader approved after the window closed - as they could ( the item stays in workflow and lets them approve ) however this actually fails because it was approved outside of the window, We raised this as a bug with MS and were informed this is expected behaviour however this feel wrong. This now complicates the business process and we will have to monitor this before submitting the info to payroll. Please consider this before the end of the year as it would enhance the feature massively .
