If a customer doesn't reply after x amount of time send him an automated message like 'Are you still there, we haven't heard from you for some time'.

Nice! This is a great feature!It could be better if the amount of time, and actions could be configurated, such as send a message, or send the conversation to a queue. Would be nice!
