Call Center Gift cards / internal gift cards can not be created with an expiration date. Though at the same time Dynamics 365 FO supports the processing and validation of external gift cards with an expiration date.

The idea is to have the same feature of expiration date for internal gift cards in Dynamics 365 FO. When selling internal gift cards it should be possible to add an expiration date - and it should be possible to print a report showing all sold internal gift cards, the related gift card number and the expiration date

When using the internal gift card as payment on the call center sales order - a validation against the expiration should be present - avoiding the use of expired gift cards as payments.

A feature to prolong the expiration date could also be needed - since various countries would have various legal rules for expiration dates for gift cards

There should be a report stating the expiration date and the remaining balance on the issue gift cards - making it possible to located expired gift cards and the related remaining - not used gift card balance - in order for the issuing Retail Call Center company to be able to recognize "these not used gift card balances" as revenue.
