Problem: Warehouse users often start picking work using mobile devices but don't complete the process due to warehouse related issue. This can lead to delays in order fulfillment and frustration for customers.
Solution: Allow warehouse users on the next shift to log in and continue picking the same work where the previous shift left off. This would help to improve efficiency and reduce order fulfillment times.
