Our business requirement is to have alert popups whenever a new email/phone/chat activity is dynamically created in CRM.

The popup should mention key information regarding the activity and would force the agents to work on this instantly .


as reference 1. popup which triggers on CRM forms using javascript must be shown on home page or every page the agent opens in CRM when activity is created.

2. attached a image which shows from CRm , whenever email is not sent for 24 hrs , it popups a message before launching crm instance. this would also be similar to our requirement.
