If two person contacts from one company contact (both have interactions) are merged, the interaction of the duplicate to the existing contact is also noted. 

However, if two person contacts (each with interactions) from different company contacts are merged, only the interaction of the existing contact is shown on the contact card - the interaction of the duplicate is lost.
