Currently the Team Member functionality, does not permit the user to approve documents. We have many staff (supervisors) who do not have any reason to interact in Business Central except for the need to approve purchase orders, sales orders, purchase invoices, journal entries, bank reconciliations. They just need to be able to receive, review and approve or deny these items. It's not worth it to give them full access at $100 month when they will never access the system.
