Customer master "Customer since" shall be mapped to POS "Customer since" field. Currently, POS is taking the Customer creation date, which is the date that the customer master is created. We are hoping MIcrosoft will map the same information since they are using the same label. Thank you.

Great idea! Especially when migrating customer data over to MS Dynamics 365 the creation date and the customer since date will not be the same. Having the creation date in the POS is confusing (since it is labelled Customer Since) and provides no added value for sales staff. Knowing when a client became a customer, however, would be very useful at POS.
