Customer is trying to Create/Change compensation for employees as an HR administrator or System administrator. As per security access for these 2 roles, the personnel have access to everyone (including their own) compensation records that they can maintain. In order to provide better security and control, the business would expect to kick-off personnel actions and related workflow approval for ANY changes to fixed compensation. This issue is multiplied by the limited transaction audit capabilities in Dynamics 365 Talent.
