Warehouse workers do not have access to Landed Cost module. They use the inventory management>>inbound orders >>Arrival overview form to receive the Goods in transit transactions with the following steps:

In the Receipt fast tab, select the Goods in transit number.

Click Start Arrival>>Journals>>Show arrivals from line. This creates a new Item arrival journal.

Voyage, Shipping container and Folio fields are blank and greyed out in the Item arrival header section.

Recommendation

If the Item Arrival journal for the Goods in transit is created from the inventory management>>inbound orders >>Arrival overview, the system should bring the value of the following fields automatically into the Item Arrival Journal header section.
