Would be good to allow a User (field or back office) to override the travel duration for a particular work order, and allow routing to reflect that. For example, if RSO/Scheduling calculates a 3 hour drive to a remote location, but the person chooses to fly instead (and is able to provide the expected travel duration by air rather than by car), or in a big city chooses to walk or take public transit rather than driving through a maze of one way streets and traffic lights, the travel time would be different that estimated by Street Level Routing. Currently there is no way to override the calculated value and have it be reflected on the Schedule Board and be evaluated by our scheduling algorithms. Would be very helpful to have.

Thank you for your feedback. An interesting idea for sure, however, we do not have this in our roadmap, however, we are tracking it and if we get more feedback and votes, we may consider it in the future.
