There is the feature of inserting [Link] as one of designer feature on [Marketing page]. [target="_blank"], opens a hyperlink destination on other tab, should be implemented on UI. It can be directly added by HTML edit, but it would be much convenient of editing pages if the same action can be operated on UI.
