Please add 'Area' information into Issue search result and detail, like GA hotfix.

GA hotfix infor contains 'Area' information as below.

Quote from 'Version 10.0.28 of Finance and Operations apps'

But details of hotfix and search results are not contain 'Area' information, which mean 'Batch', 'Data Integration', etc..

It will be very useful to search which hotfix will effect to our customer's environment.

As an addition, you are also welcome to redisplay the modified method information!
