At the moment, View privileges "MarkupAutoSetup_CustView" and "MarkupAutoSetup_VendView" give access only to "Header" level for "Automatic charges" (AR - Charges Setup - Auto charges or AP - Charges Setup - Automatic charges). Users just can't change "Level" combo box, because they don't see it. For some reason combo box for filtering "HeadingLine" on the form "MarkupAutoSetup" has "Needed permission" = "Create". Suggest to lower "Needed permission" to "None" or "Read" so users will be able see also "Line" level auto. charges.
